Setup Steps

  1. 1Go to Marketing Cloud > Setup > SAP (Sender Authentication Package)
  2. 2Contact your Salesforce account manager to enable SAP
  3. 3Once SAP is provisioned, copy the CNAME and TXT DNS records provided
  4. 4Add all records to your DNS provider
  5. 5Return to Marketing Cloud and verify the domain status
