DMARC Examiner provides email authentication monitoring and reporting services, including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM analysis. Our Service helps you protect your domains from email spoofing and improve email deliverability.
3. Account Registration
To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
- Be responsible for all activities under your account

By adding a domain to DMARC Examiner, you represent that you own the domain or have explicit authorization from the domain owner to monitor its email authentication. We reserve the right to verify domain ownership and remove domains that violate this policy.
6. Subscription and Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are provided according to our refund policy.
7. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier is provided for evaluation purposes and is limited to one domain with basic features. We reserve the right to modify free tier limitations at any time.
8. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DMARC Examiner and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DMARC Examiner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DMARC Examiner from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
