Setup Steps

  1. 1Go to Microsoft 365 Defender portal (security.microsoft.com)
  2. 2Navigate to Email & collaboration > Policies & rules > Threat policies
  3. 3Click "Email authentication settings" > DKIM
  4. 4Select your domain
  5. 5Toggle "Sign messages for this domain with DKIM signatures" to ON
  6. 6Add the CNAME records shown to your DNS provider
