Does iCloud custom domain email support DKIM?
Yes. Apple signs with the sig1 selector. Add a CNAME record at sig1._domainkey pointing to the target iCloud shows you, which ends in icloudmailadmin.com.
Can I use DMARC with an @icloud.com address?
No. DMARC applies to your own domain. Apple controls the DNS and the authentication of @icloud.com, @me.com and @mac.com.
