Setup Steps

  1. 1Go to HubSpot > Settings > Website > Domains & URLs
  2. 2Click "Connect a domain" > "Email Sending"
  3. 3Enter your email sending domain
  4. 4Copy the records HubSpot provides: two CNAME records for DKIM, plus TXT records for SPF and DMARC
  5. 5Add all records to your DNS provider
  6. 6A subdomain counts as authenticated if a DMARC record exists at the root domain, because DMARC policy is inherited
  7. 7Return to HubSpot and click "Verify"
