Why does Hostinger need three DKIM records?
Hostinger Mail signs with three selectors: hostingermail-a, hostingermail-b and hostingermail-c. Add all three CNAME records. If one is missing, DKIM fails for the messages signed with that selector.
Can I keep my existing SPF record?
Yes. A domain can only have one SPF record, so add include:_spf.mail.hostinger.com to it instead of creating a second one.
