Cheapest DMARC Monitoring Tools in 2026
Published prices for six DMARC monitoring tools, checked in July 2026: DMARC Examiner, Red Sift OnDMARC, PowerDMARC, DMARCeye, dmarcian and EasyDMARC. Cost per domain, what each free tier includes, and which one fits your case.

Pricing pages in this category are unusually hard to compare. Some vendors price per domain, others per volume of compliant email, several hide everything behind "contact us", and the numbers repeated in blog posts are often years out of date.
So we went to the source: the published pricing page of each vendor, in July 2026. Below is what they actually charge, what the free tiers really include, and which tool fits which situation.
Disclosure first: we build DMARC Examiner, one of the six. That is a reason to check the numbers rather than trust them — so every figure is dated and comes from the vendor's own page. Where a competitor beats us, it says so.
The short answer
Cost per domain on the cheapest paid plan of each vendor:
| Tool | Entry paid plan | Domains | Cost per domain |
|---|---|---|---|
| DMARC Examiner | $2.99/mo | 3 | ~$1 |
| Red Sift OnDMARC | $9/mo (annual) | 4 | ~$2.25 |
| PowerDMARC | $15/mo ($12 annual) | 5 | ~$3 |
| DMARCeye | $4/domain/mo | per domain | $4 |
| dmarcian | $24/mo | 2 | ~$12 |
| EasyDMARC | €44.99/mo | 2 | ~€22 |
Published prices, checked July 2026. Vendors bundle different limits and services, so read the sections below before deciding on this table alone.
The free tiers, which are not equivalent
Five of the six have a permanent free tier, and the differences matter more than the paid ones if you have a single domain.
- dmarcian — 2 domains. The most generous on domain count.
- PowerDMARC — 1 domain, 10,000 compliant emails/month, 10 days of history, plus hosted BIMI and their geolocation report. Unusually complete for a free plan.
- DMARC Examiner — 1 domain, 1,000 emails/month, 14-day retention. Lower volume than PowerDMARC's.
- EasyDMARC — 1 domain, without API access or the advanced BIMI features.
- DMARCeye — free tier available, with MCP reserved for their paid plan.
If you have one low-volume domain and no budget, a free tier is genuinely enough to reach p=reject. PowerDMARC's is the most complete of the five, and that includes beating ours on volume.
The six, one by one
DMARC Examiner — $2.99 to $19.99
Free tier, then Basic $2.99 (3 domains, 25,000 emails, 90-day retention, forensic RUF reports), Pro $9.99 (10 domains, 100,000 emails, REST API with public OpenAPI docs, advanced alerts, Slack and webhook integrations), Ultimate $19.99 (25 domains, white-label reports, multi-organization) and a custom Enterprise tier.
Where it stands out, point by point, because these are the numbers you can check against the table above:
- Cost per domain. About $1 on Basic. The next cheapest is Red Sift at ~$2.25, then PowerDMARC at ~$3, DMARCeye at $4, dmarcian at ~$12 and EasyDMARC at ~€22. On a three-domain setup the difference against dmarcian's Basic is roughly $250 a year.
- Forensic reports from $2.99. RUF reports are in our entry paid tier. PowerDMARC includes them free and Red Sift from $9, so we are not alone — but dmarcian and EasyDMARC put them well up their ladders, and for years this was a premium feature across the whole category.
- Retention at the cheap end. 90 days on Basic at $2.99, and a full year on Pro at $9.99. Red Sift's $9 Express keeps 30 days; PowerDMARC's free tier keeps 10. If you need to investigate something that happened last quarter, retention decides whether the tool is any use to you.
- An API you can read before you buy. Included from Pro at $9.99, with public OpenAPI 3.0 documentation and a Swagger explorer you can browse without an account. PowerDMARC quotes API access through its partner programme; EasyDMARC puts it at €89.99/month. That is roughly nine times our price for the same capability.
- A native MCP server, so Claude, Cursor or any MCP-compatible assistant queries your DMARC data directly. Only DMARCeye also offers this among the six; none of the larger vendors does.
- A genuinely bilingual product. Interface, emails, onboarding, documentation, error messages and support in English and Spanish. Several vendors translate marketing pages; none of the six localizes the whole product.
- EU-hosted by default.
Where it does not: no hosted BIMI, SPF, MTA-STS or DKIM. No geolocation. No lookalike domain detection. If you want managed services, this is the wrong list entry for you.
Best for: teams with several domains that want predictable cost and direct access to their own data.
Red Sift OnDMARC — from $9
Express $9/month billed annually: 4 domains, up to 1 million emails a month, 30 days of history, and — notably — forensic reports, REST API, SIEM integration and SSO in the entry tier. Their higher tiers, Essentials and above, are quoted through sales.
Where it stands out: by far the most included in a cheap plan. Most vendors reserve API and SIEM for premium; Red Sift does not. Their "Investigate" tool, where you send an email to a unique address and get an authentication analysis back, is genuinely useful and unique among these six.
Where it does not: everything above Express requires talking to sales, so budgeting beyond the entry plan is hard.
Best for: technical teams that want API and SIEM without paying enterprise prices.
PowerDMARC — free, then $15
Free (1 domain, 10,000 emails, hosted BIMI, geolocation), Basic $15/month or $12 annually (5 domains, 100,000 emails, one year of history, hosted MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and BIMI, their AI Agent), then custom Enterprise and a partner programme for MSPs.
Where it stands out: the widest range of hosted services of the six. They will host and manage your SPF, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI and — on Enterprise — DKIM. Hosted BIMI on the free tier is remarkable: nobody else gives that away.
Where it does not: API access sits in their partner programme, quoted on request rather than published.
Best for: anyone who wants managed hosting for the whole authentication stack and would rather not maintain those records themselves.
DMARCeye — $4 per domain
A smaller product with a free tier and a Scale plan at $4 per domain per month ($48/year), which includes reporting, team access and — unusual in this category — MCP support, so you can query your data from ChatGPT or Claude.
Where it stands out: transparent per-domain pricing with no tiers to decode, and one of the only two products here with MCP.
Where it does not: smaller and less known than the rest, and per-domain pricing gets expensive once you pass a handful of domains.
Best for: someone with one to three domains who wants a simple bill.
dmarcian — free, then $24
Personal $0 (2 domains), Basic $24/month (2 domains), Plus $240/month (8 domains), Enterprise $600/month (15 domains).
Where it stands out: history and credibility. dmarcian was co-founded by one of the authors of the DMARC specification, and their report parser has more than a decade of edge cases behind it. Their free tier covers 2 domains, more than anyone else's.
Where it does not: the jump from $24 to $240 is the steepest in the category, and the price per domain on Basic — around $12 — is among the highest.
Best for: organizations that value a long track record, or anyone whose two domains fit the free tier.
EasyDMARC — free, then €44.99
Free (1 domain), Plus €44.99/month (2 domains), Premium €89.99/month (4 domains, where API access and BIMI Reporting appear), then Enterprise.
Where it stands out: a polished product with well-designed report drill-downs, plus managed SPF and BIMI.
Where it does not: the highest cost per domain of the six, and API access at €89.99/month is roughly nine times what Red Sift or we charge for it.
Best for: teams that specifically want their managed services and are comfortable with the premium.
Which one, for your case
| If you… | Look at |
|---|---|
| Have 1 domain and no budget | PowerDMARC free (most complete) or dmarcian free (2 domains) |
| Have several domains and watch the bill | DMARC Examiner ($1/domain) |
| Need API or SIEM cheaply | Red Sift Express or DMARC Examiner Pro |
| Want hosted BIMI today | PowerDMARC (free tier upward) |
| Want SPF flattening as a service | PowerDMARC or EasyDMARC |
| Want to query your data from an LLM | DMARC Examiner or DMARCeye (MCP) |
| Value a long vendor track record | dmarcian |
| Work primarily in Spanish | DMARC Examiner (fully localized product) |
What to look at beyond the price
Are you comparing the same thing? A €90/month plan that hosts your SPF, MTA-STS and BIMI is not competing with a $3/month plan that parses reports. If you will not use the managed services, you are paying for them anyway.
Where does the volume limit bite? Several vendors price on DMARC-compliant email volume, not domains. A single domain sending a lot can cost more than five quiet ones.
How long is the data kept? Retention ranges from 10 days to five years across these six. If you need to investigate an incident from three months ago, a 30-day plan is useless to you.
Is the API published or quoted? "Contact us for API access" usually means enterprise pricing. Red Sift and we publish ours; PowerDMARC and EasyDMARC put it behind higher tiers or a sales conversation.
Does hosting your records suit you? Managed SPF and BIMI remove work, and put your vendor in the delivery path of your mail. Some teams want exactly that. Others do not want the dependency. Neither answer is wrong, but decide it deliberately.
Try before you decide
Whichever of the six you are leaning towards, all of them let you check a domain without paying. Ours needs no signup at all: analyze your domain in under 30 seconds and see the real output, or compare our plans if you want the detail.
And if you want the long-form versions of these comparisons, we have written them one by one:

A note on these numbers
Prices in this category change, and several of these vendors only publish their entry tier. Everything above came from each vendor's own pricing page in July 2026. If you are reading this months later, check the figures before making a decision on them — and if you find one that has changed, we would rather hear about it than keep a stale article online.
